INSTRUCTIONS AND KEY DATES
In order to submit an application for the Paideia Cup, you will need to submit an application form and your bid fee by 8:00 p.m. November 13, 2017.  Questions?  Submitting online but can’t get the bid fee in?  Please contact paideiacup@gmail.com.

APPLICATION FORM
Please submit the electronic application form below.  You will receive an email confirmation along with a copy of the form you submitted.  You will not be able to save your application while you are filling it out, and you could get “timed out,” so you may wish to collaborate on or draft some of the responses elsewhere (word processing, google) and then cut and paste your responses into the form when you are ready to submit.
You can also just email us your responses if the form is tripping you up!  No worries! 
If emailing, please send your email to: baccarini.michael@paideiaschool.org for the Open Division or knowles.miranda@paideiaschool.org for the Girls’ Division. Please also send a copy to paideiacup@gmail.com.

APPLICATION, BID FEE AND DATES
November 13, 2017 at 8:00 p.m.:   Both your application AND the $450 bid fee are due by this date.  Please make sure we receive your check by November 13 (or contact us to explain).  We’ll let you know when your application is complete.   Your check should be made payable to Paideia School and mailed to Michael Baccarini or Miranda Knowles (depending on your division),  Paideia School, 1509 Ponce de Leon Ave., Atlanta GA 30307. We can only accept checks for the bid fee.

November 20, 2017:   Teams will be notified by email of acceptance or wait list status.  Checks for teams accepting bids will then be deposited (we’ll first get a final green light from you), and checks for teams not receiving bids will be returned by mail or kept for a short period for any wait list openings, as you direct.

Paideia Cup XIII - Team Application

The 13th Annual Paideia Cup - May 12-13, 2018
  • This helps us know how much food to prepare Saturday evening.
  • Will your team need host family housing (for players plus two adults)? For larger teams we may need to split the team between 2 host family homes. If this will present a problem, please let us know, but it may be preferable for you to secure alternate accommodations.
  • Please give us a sense of how well your team plays. Include win/loss record, scores and opposing team names, if possible. Also include tournaments you expect to participate in this season as well as names of teams you expect to play against. You should compare this year's team with last year's and be sure you note how many players you lost to graduation. Also include names of any players who played at YCC, will be participating in world's tryouts, etc.
  • Describe how you and your team have contributed to the growth of Ultimate - locally or otherwise.
  • In the Open division, all team members must attend the same high school. And while this is preferred in the Girls’ division also, there may be exceptions. It is assumed that all players attend the same school. If all your players do not attend the same school, please explain.
