Hard cap at 100 minutes
No Soft Cap
1 T/O per half plus a floater (3 total)
TOs not affected by the cap

Standings
(to determine two teams reaching finals)

Win/Loss
If tied, head-to-head among tied teams
If still tied, point differential in games against other teams in the tie
If still tied, coin flip
